Our consultations include a comprehensive exam, X-rays, and a personalized treatment plan. If you're out of state or not in the area, we also offer virtual consultations for your convenience.
Below, you'll find the necessary details to set up your virtual consultation.

Add the Virtual Consultation to your cart. After that, please carefully fill out the form. Make sure to upload smiling selfies that show your teeth clearly. Please include at least one image with your mouth slightly open and one image biting down. Please feel free to include any additional teeth images.

Please also attach your most recent teeth x-rays. If you do not have recent x-rays, please make sure to provide any additional important information about your dental past and your desired dental goal within the designated form section. No detail is too small!

Pay $250
You’re all done! Dr. Amira will review your submission and get in touch within 48 hours to schedule your virtual consultation. We can’t wait to get started.
Once the above steps are complete and you have had your Virtual Consultation, Dr. A will review your case and fabricate a tentative customized treatment plan. You will receive educational videos to explain the exact treatments recommended from Dr. Ogunleye as well as an estimated treatment cost. Please allow 7-10 business days upon payment processing. We look forward to beginning your smile journey.
If you prefer to schedule an in-office consultation please contact my office at (305) 899-7979, you will speak with my office manager who will help you schedule the appointment. I would like to make you aware that you have to request Dr. Amira Ogunleye specifically when scheduling, for we do have other dentists that work in the office.
While you are scheduling your consultation please inform my office manager of the type of insurance you have and she will provide you with information on taking the next steps.
